What is an Executive Partner?
A consultant hands you a deck and leaves before anyone finds out if it worked. An interim CEO takes your seat until you hire someone permanent. And a Fractional CEO still means someone else is holding a piece of your title, even if it’s part time. I’m none of those. I work inside your business alongside you, building the structure and the bench your growth has outrun, and I stay only as long as it takes to get that running on its own. You never leave the seat, because I was never in it, and what’s left behind is stronger than when I found it.
